अगं बाई अरेच्च्या २ (Aga Bai Arechcha 2)

शुभांगी कुडाळकर हि एक वयस्क तरुणी लग्न न ठरल्यामुळे तशी जरी दुखी असते. पण लहान पणापासून हिने लग्नाची स्वप्ने बघितलेली असतात. आता लग्न न ठरल्याने जिथे लग्न असेल तिथे गेल्यावर हिला बऱ्याच टोमण्यांचा सामना करावा लागतो. याला कंटाळून शुभांगी उर्फ शुभा हि गोव्याला जाउन राहायचे ठरवते. घरातील आर्थिक परिस्थिती चांगली असते. भाऊ देवेश हा सी ए असतो. घरातील सगळेच लोक शुभावर प्रेम करत असतात. शुभाला एका जन्मजात शाप असतो, कि हिचे ज्या पुरुषावर प्रेम असेल, व त्या पुरुषाचे देखील शुभावर प्रेम असेल तर, शुभाने त्या पुरुषाला हात लावला तर त्यावर काहीतरी संकट येइल किंवा त्याला काही अपघात तरी होतिल. तर हिच्या जीवनावर एक पुस्तक लिहायचे म्हणून विक्रम देसाई नावाचा लेखक तिच्याकडे येतो. सुरवातीला तर हि त्याला उडवून लावते. पण मग जशी ओळख होते, तशी हि तिच्या जीवनातील एक एक पुरुष आणि त्यांच्या बरोबर घडलेले किस्से सांगू लागते.

ही जेव्हा अगदी ७-८ वर्षाची असते तेव्हा एक छोटा मुलगा तिला आवडतो आणि त्याला पण ही आवडते,ओळख होण्या पूर्वीच हे दोघे एकमेकांचे हात हातात घेतात आणि त्याला अपघात होतो. तेव्हा तर हिला काही समजत नाही. पण जेव्हा ११-१२ वर्षाची होते तेव्हा एक प्रल्हाद किस्मिसे नावाचा एक १३-१४ वर्षाचा मुलगा हिच्याशी मैत्री करतो आणि मग ते दोघे असेच एका देवळात जाउन लग्न करतात. हे लग्न म्हणजे एक पोरखेळ असतो आणि त्यानंतर जेव्हा हे दोघे ठरवतात कि आपण एक दिवस ट्रीपला जायचे तेव्हा अचानक  शुभाच्या वडिलांना यांचा प्लॅन कळतो आणि या प्रल्हादला शिक्षा घडवायला म्हणून ते जातात, आणि त्या झटापटीत प्रल्हाद्ची सायकल झाडावर आपटते आणि मग त्याला बरेच लागते व तो गाव सोडून निघून जातो.

हिच्या जीवनात तिसरा पुरुष येतो, तो जेव्हा शुभा कॉलेज मध्ये असते तेव्हा. राहुल सावंत हा एक क्रिकेट खेळाडू असतो व त्यावर कॉलेज मधील सगळ्याच मुली फिदा असतात. पण राहुल शुभावर फिदा होतो. आणि एका क्रिकेट मॅचमध्ये राहुल शुभाचा हात धरतो, आणि मग धुवाधार बॅटींग करतो, पण  मॅच संपल्यावर त्याचा अपघात होतो. हे सगळे झाल्यावर शुभाच्या मानत असे येते कि जेव्हा ती तिला आवडणाऱ्या पुरुषाला हात लावते तेव्हा त्याच्यावर काहीतरी गदा येते, त्यामुळे ती आता कुठल्याही पुरुषावर प्रेम करायचे नाही असे ठरवते. पण आता तिचे आई-वडील एका मुलगा लग्नासाठी शोधतात नरेंद्र चकवे. या नरेंद्राला किडे पाळण्याचा फार शौक असतो. शुभाला वाटते कि आता प्रेम करून मग लग्न करण्यापेक्षा आपण आणि लग्न ठरवून मग प्रेम केले आणि मग त्या व्यक्तीला हात लावला तर कदाचित त्या पुरुषाला काही होणार नाही. पण दैववशाने नरेंद्रला किडा चावतो आणि त्याचा कानाचा पडदा फाटतो.

या प्रसंगा नंतर नरेंद्रच्या घरातील लोक लग्नासाठी तयार होत नाहीत. पण नरेंद्रला शुभा खूप आवडली असते, त्यामुळे तो तिच्याशीच लग्न करायचे ठरवतो. त्यात पण बरेच गोंधळ होतात, ते नक्की काय गोंधळ असतात, शुभाला  आयुष्यात खरच कोणी जोडीदार म्हणून मिळतो कि नाही, तिचा शाप हा खरच असतो का कि हि तिची अंधाश्रद्धा असते हे बघा "अगं बाई अरेच्च्या २" मधे.

सिनेमा चांगला आहे. जरी सुरवातीला थोडासा विचित्र मजेशीर वाटत असला, तरी नंतर सिनेमा चांगला फुलतो. आणि आता पुढे काय होणार अशी उत्सुकता लागून राहते. सिनेमा प्रेडीक्टेबल  नाही. मध्ये मध्ये सोनाली कुलकर्णी चे मेकअप थोडेसे वेगळे वाटते. वयाच्या प्रत्येक फेजमध्ये वेगळी कलाकार शुभाचे काम करायला आणली आहे. सिनेमा फ्लॅशबॅक मध्ये थोडा थोडा आहे. एकूण सिनेमा बघावाच असे नाही पण बघितल्यास कंटाळा निश्चित येणार नाही. सिनेमाचे नाव "अगं बाई अरेच्च्या २" का दिलाय हे मात्र नाही समजू शकले. कारण पहिल्या अगं बाई अरेच्च्या सिनेमाशी त्याचा काहीच संबंध जाणवला नाही.



Shubhangi Kudalkar is a unmarried lady in her late twenties. She is sad because even though she has a childhood dream to get married and have a family, she is not married yet. Since she is still unmarried, every function she attends, she has to face some taunting. She is fed up with this and decides to move to Goa and stays alone in the family house there for some time. Her family is well to do, her brother Devesh, is a chartered accountant. Her family consists of parents, grandmother and Devesh. They all love her very much. But she has a curse, any boy who loves her, after he touches her or she touches him will meet with some event injuring him. One publisher comes to know of her story and hires a author to write a novel about her. Vikram Desai approaches her for the task. Initially she is not at all interested and just drives him out. But Vikram is very persistent and finally was able to convince Shubha to talk to him. Shubha slowly starts opening up ans starts sharing stories of her life events.

Her first memory was when she was about 7-8 years. One of her neighboring kid get friendly with her, and they just hold hands. Within minutes, he was hit by a ball and gets injured. She does not take this seriously. At the age of about 12, she gets friendly with a boy of 13. His name is Pralhad Kismise. They are too young to understand what is marriage, but they go to a temple and get married. They decide to go for one day honeymoon trip to near by town, but are caught by Shubha's dad. While her dad was trying to beat him up. Pralhad runs away with his bicycle but meets with a small accident and get injured. Finally Pralhad leaves the village.

Years pass and Shubha joins college. During her college years, she meets Rahul Savant, the captain of college cricket team. He is really good looking and a heartthrob of the college girls. In the first meeting with Shubha, Rahuls falls for her. They become close. During one of the cricket match, he holds Shubha's hand for best wishes and goes out to score a century. But he meets with a freak accident after his innings and is injured. This makes Shubha believe that if she loves any man, and holds his hands or rather touch each other, the destiny puts the man in trouble. He meets with some accident within 24 hours. Finally after finishing college, her parents start looking for a right relation for her, and Shubha thinks, if there is no love before the marriage, it will be alright. Her parents find Narendra Chakave as a suitable match. Narendra has a hobby for insects and small critters. But he touches Shubha, and within minutes a spider enters Narendra's ears and bites him, damaging his year permanently. 

This puts off Narendra's family and they wanted to cancel this marriage, but Narendra has started liking Shubha and decided to marry her only. But the sailing was not at all smooth. What troubles they have to go through, what happens next, is the curse Shubha has was for real? Is there any solution for that? Watch the Marathi movie "Aga Bai Arechha 2".

This movie is not sequel of the movie Aga Bai Arechha, so we failed to understand the name of the movie.This movies is good and we enjoyed watching it. Initially if felt little like a routine movie, but really flourished after a while. It got really interesting after interval. Sonali Kulkarni looks good and different with makeup. They have used several artist to play Shubha over years. Finally it is not really must watch type, but you may not regret if you decide to watch. Do let us know your views in the comments section.

हाय काय नाय काय (Haay kaay Naay kaay)

 प्रेम प्रधान एक स्त्री लंपट मोठ्ठा पण तरुण उद्योगपती असतो. प्रिया प्रधान अत्यंत भोळी असते. हिचे प्रेम असते प्रेम वर. हिला असे वाटत असते कि प्रेम हा अत्यंत साधा भोळा आणि प्रेमळ नवरा आहे. अर्थात तो प्रेमळ असतो. अर्थात तो प्रेमळ असतो, पण कुठलीही सुंदर दिसली की हा फारच प्रेमळ होतो. यांच्याच घरात एक राणी, म्हणून सुंदर तरुणी नोकरी करत असते.



याचा एक साधा भोळा सरळमार्गी मित्र सदाशिव ढापणे प्रेमच्या घरी येतो. प्रेम आणि सदाशिव यांची खूप जुनी मैत्री असते. सदाशिव ढापणे हा एक कवी असतो. आता नवीन कवींची व्यथा, आणि कथा जशी असते तशीच याची पण स्थिती असते. बिचाऱ्याला पुरेसे पैसे मिळत नसतात. त्यामुळे घरमालक घरातून हाकलून लावतो, कारण घराच्या भाड्याची थकबाकी खूप झालेली असते. आता कुठे जावे अश्या विचारात असताना, त्याला प्रेम आठवतो आणि तो तडक प्रेमच्या घरी येतो.



आता हा अतिशय प्रेमळ प्रेम, याच वेळेस त्याच्या नवीन प्रेम-प्रकरणातील, मल्लिकाला भेटायला पुण्याला जाण्याचा बेत करत असतो. प्रियाला सांगतो की पुण्याला नवीन ब्रांच उघडली आहे त्यासाठी शनिवार-रविवार पुण्याला जावे लागणार आहे. आणि पुण्याची ब्रान्च प्रेमचा  मित्रच (श्री लोखंडे ) बघत असल्याने तसा काही प्रश्न नाहीये असे तो प्रियाला पटवून देतो.  पण प्रियाला त्याने पुण्याला जाऊ नये असे वाटत असते. त्यामुळे ती प्रेमच्या इमेल मध्ये जाऊन पुण्याच्या "मित्राला" मुंबईला बोलावते. खरं तर हा मित्र नसून "मल्लिकाच" असते. मल्लिकाला वाटते कि खरच प्रेम तिला पुण्याला बोलावतो आहे, त्यामुळे ती देखील पुण्याला यायला निघते. जोवर प्रेमला हा सगळा प्रकार कळतो तोवर मल्लिका मुंबईला येऊन पोचलेली असते. आता या मल्लिकाला कसे लपवावे याचा भयंकर मोठा प्रश्न प्रेमला पडतो. कारण प्रेमने मल्लिकाला त्याचे लग्न झाले आहे असे सांगितलेले नसते. अश्या कात्रीत सापडलेल्या परिस्थितीत असताना, अचानक कवी सदाशिव ढापणे घरी येऊन पोचतो.
 


आता मल्लिका आणि सदाशिव ढापणे "नवरा-बायको" आहे असे प्रियाला पटवून दिले तरच काहीतरी मार्ग सापडेल असे तो या दोघांना पटवतो. आणि सदाशिव ढापणे चा "परीस लोखंडे" होतो.  सदाशिव ढापणे उर्फ परीस (तोतया) हा अतिशय साधा, तर मल्लिका अतिशय नखरेल आणि हाय-फाय . म्हणजे दोघांना बघितल्यावर हा दोघांचे लग्न कसे काय बुवा झाले असा प्रश्न निश्चित पडावा. तसा प्रश्न राणीला निश्चित पडतो. तो प्रश्न ती प्रियाला पण विचारते. पण प्रिया म्हणते की त्यात काय, झाले असेल लग्न. आता या दोघांना लग्न झाल्याचे नाटक करावे लागते. इकडे घरात सैपाकाला बाई हवी असे प्रिया सारखे सांगत असते. तर प्रिया ज्या बाईंकडून मोलकरीण बोलावणार असते, त्या सांगतात की बाई नाहीये, पण आचारी आहे. याच दरम्यान एक मनुष्य प्रेमच्या घरी येतो. तर प्रेमला तो आचारी वाटतो म्हणून तो त्या मनुष्याला घरात घेतो. तो मनुष्य स्वताचे नाव सदाशिव ढापणे असे सांगतो. आणि मग सुरु होते धमाल. तोतया कोण, खरा कोण हे समजत नाही. शिवाय प्रेम आणि मल्लिकाचे प्रकरण काहीच पुढे सरकत नाही. अश्या बऱ्याच गमती जमती या सिनेमात घडतात. शेवटी प्रियाला समजते का प्रेमचे प्रेम-प्रकरण. सदाशिव ढापणे चा तोतया वर परीस लोखंडे या दोघांचे नक्की काय नाते असते हे बघा "हाय काय नाय काय" मध्ये.



सिनेमा ठीक आहे. विनोदी सिनेमा आहे. पुष्कर श्रोत्रीचे काम मस्त आहे. त्याचे विनोद देखील आवडले. सिनेमाचे कथानक खूप काही छान नसले, तरी अगदीच कंटाळा येत नाही. एकूण सगळे विनोद, आणि गाणी यामध्ये हा सिनेमा ठीक वाटतो. सहकुटुंब हा सिनेमा बघण्यालायक आहे. काही वाईट सीन नाहीत. विनोद पण चांगले आहेत. या सिनेमाचे दिग्दर्शन पुष्कर आणि प्रसाद यांनी केले. पहिलाच प्रयत्न चांगला होता असे म्हणण्यास हरकत नाही.

Prem Pradhan is a rich and young businessman. But he is a big womanizer. His wife Priya is very simple lady. She loves Prem very much and she is feels that Prem is also very loving and caring husband. Prem is in fact very loving, but towards all beautiful ladies. And he is always thinking of different ladies in his life. There is a young and beautiful maid servent called Rani in their house, to help Priya.

Prem has a very simple and straightforward friend Sadashiv Dhapne. Both of them are very old and thick friends. Sadashiv aka Sada is a upcoming poet. He is not doing well and always in need of money. One day Sada's landlord throws Sada out of the rented house, for not paying rent for several months. He decides to take shelter in Prem's house for some days and reaches his house.



Prem is planning to visit his latest affair Mallika in Pune. He has been doing that for some time. To facilitate his flirting, he has convinced Priya, that his business is expanding, and he has opened a new branch in Pune. He has to go to Pune on weekends for several months to establish it well. He has pretended that his friend Mr. Lokhande is taking care of Pune branch. Priya wants Prem to be in Mumbai with her for the weekend, so she sends an email using Prem's unlogged email account to Lokhande that this weekend Prem shall meet in Mumbai and passes on the home address. This Lokhande is no one else but Mallika, she thinks that it is a better plan to go to Mumbaia and spend some time with Prem, since she is unaware that Prem is already married.



By the time Prem realizes the complications, Mallika is already in Mumbai and reaching him house. His is in big trouble now, since both the ladies do not know each other and are going to meet soon. And he also has to convince Mallika that his marriage is big problem and he has to come out of this. Finally looking at Sada, he makes a quick plan. Prem convinces Mallika, that his mariage was a big blunder, due to his dad's final wish, and he is working hard on coming out of it. And he forces Sada to act as Paris Lokhande, if he wants to stay in his house for some time. And Mallika his wife for some time.


 Mallika is really mod lady and this Sada aka Paris Lokhande is very very simple man. The made up pair really looks odd. But Prem introduces them as Mr. and Mrs. Lokhande and Priya is happy to meet them. Rani doubts them as a pair looking at the mismatch and esquires with Priya, but Priya says there are some odd pairs at times, and forgets the issue. Mallika and Sada have hard time pretending as husband and wife. To add the complications, Priya has been looking for a lady cook to help her, and the agent looking for cook convinces her that she should accept a reliable male cook. The new cook is also a fraud, and he uses a fake name Sadashib Dhapne.



There are a lot of confusions due to several people in the same house with fake identities and complicated relations. Prem and Mallika are not able to meet each other and finally Priya figures out the affair between Prem and Mallika. It will not be worthwhile to explain the confusions in the review but must be watched in the movie Hai Kay ani Nai Kay.

The movies is well done and Pushkar Kshotri has acted well. Prasad Oak and Sai Tamhankar are good too. Atul Parchure has added some additional fun in the movie. The storyline is alright and nothing new in it, but overall comedy and acting is enjoyable. A good first attempt by Prasad oak and Pushkar Kshotri at directing a movie.

मी नाही हो त्यातला (Mi nahi ho tyatla)

राघव आणि प्रसाद हे अगदी भिन्न स्वभावाचे दोघे मित्र एका बँकेत मध्ये नोकरी करत असतात. राघव अगदी मनापासून काम करणारा व नाकासमोर बघून चालणारा साधा सरळ मनुष्य तर प्रसाद दारू, बायका, नाच गाणी यात रमलेला. प्रसादच्या आई वडिलांनी मृत्युपत्रात असे लिहिलेले असते, कि जोवर प्रसाद लग्न करणार नाही तोवर त्याला सगळी मालमत्ता मिळणार नाही. काही ठराविक रक्कम दर महिन्याला वापरायला मिळेल. आता बँकेचा पगार, त्यात वडिलोपार्जित संपत्ती व एकटा सडा फटिंग यामुळे प्रसादकडे बायकांवर उडवायला भरपूर पैसे असतात.



राघवचे लग्न झालेले असते, व त्याला काही मुलबाळ नसते. अनु, राघवची बायको, खूपच चांगली असते. दोघांचे एकमेकांवर प्रेम व विश्वास असतो. नवनवीन तरुणी राघवच्या घरी पाठवून प्रसाद त्याच्या फिरक्या घेत असतो. अनुच्या काकूंची तब्येत अचानक बिघडते, त्यामुळे अनु गावी जाते. राघव एकटाच आहे हे बघून प्रसाद त्याची फिरकी घ्यायला एका मुलीला राघवच्या घरी पाठवतो.



राघव कसाबसा त्या मुलीपासून सुटका करून घेतो, व सैपाकघरात जाऊन काही खायला घेऊन येतो असे म्हणून आत जातो व बाहेर येऊन बघतो तर ती मुलगी मेलेली असते. राघव चक्रावून जातो आणि घाबरून प्रसादला फोन करतो. प्रसादला जेव्हा हे कळते तेव्हा तो पण घाबरतो. दोघे असे ठरवतात कि आता या प्रेताला फेकून द्यायचे म्हणजे पोलिसांना कळणार नाही. पण हा आनंद काही फार वेळ टिकत नाही.



पोलीस राघवच्या घरात येतात आणि पोलिसांच्या चौकशीत असे आढळते कि राघवनेच खून केलेला आहे. राघव खूप समजावून सांगण्याचा प्रयत्न करतो, कि मी आजवर एक झुरळ देखील मारले नाहीये, तर मी कसा एका जिवंत मुलीला मारू. पण तरी पोलीस म्हणतात कि तू पुरावा दे. आणि सगळे पुरावे राघवच्या विरुद्ध असतात. शेवटी सिनेमात नक्की काय होते, राघव खुनाच्या आरोपातून मुक्त होतो का, त्याच्यापुढे नक्की काय पर्याय असतात, आणि शेवटी खरा खुनी सापडतो का हे बघा "मी नाही हो त्यातला" मध्ये.



सिनेमा बघावाच असा अजिबात नाहीये. सुरवातीला विनोदी वाटणारा सिनेमा एकदम "Serious" वळण घेतो. इन्स्पेक्टरचे काम करणारा अभिनेता अगदीच तद्दन काम करतो. एकूण त्याची वेशभूषा वगेरे अजिबात जमलेली नाहीये. सिनेमातील गाणी एकदमच कंटाळवाणी आहेत. एकूण सिनेमा कंटाळवाणा आहे. अशोक सराफ त्यातला त्यात सुसह्य भूमिका करतो. प्रसाद ओक त्याच्या भूमिकेत ठीक आहे. हा सिनेमा तुम्हाला अशोक सराफ आवडत असेल तरच बघा, नाहीतर उगीचच ३ तास वाया गेले असे वाटेल.




This movie is comedy in the first half and a thriller in the second. A story of two very close friends Raghav and Prasad. They are both of opposite nature, bur true friends. Raghav is typical God fearing, happily married through gentleman and Prasad is a bachelor with interests like Drinking, Night clubs, affairs a typical playboy. Both are working in a bank. Prasad always manages to impress boss and pass on most of the work to Raghav and freak out with girls. On the other hand, Raghav is very good at work, sincere and of helping nature. Prasad's parents have mentioned in there Will, he will get only a monthly stipend from their property till he is batchlor and would get all the money on his marriage.



With Bank salary and the stipend, for a single person, he always has lot of money to spend in Night Clubs. But still he is short of money because of his spending nature. He always tries to convince Raghav to join him in the clubs, but Raghav never agrees. Once Raghav's wife Anu gets a call that her Aunt is hospitalized, so she rushes to her town. Prasad hires a girl to go and tease Raghav that night. Raghav manages to make her wait in the hall, on a pretext of gettiong something to eat for her fro kitchen. When he returns from kitches, the girl is lying dead on his sofa.



Getting terribly scared, he calls Prasad for help. On arrival, Prasad suggests that they should dispose the body immediately by dropping it off a cliff. With a lot of caution they manage to do that and Prasad returns home. Early next morning police raid Raghav's house to arrest him for the girl's murder. They have found his address in the pocket of the girl. Raghav agrees that he tried disposing the body but denies the charge of murder. Lot of interesting twists and turns in the movie plot.




In general the movie is moderate, definitely not a must watch. I would say you dare to watch, only if you are Ashok Saraf fan. Some of the characters are too week in the movie except the main three Raghav, Prasad and Raghav's wife. One positive is plot is bit different and not run of the mill.
