ही गोष्ट आहे "अमृता देवकुळे"ची. अमृता देवकुळे ही एकुलती एक मुलगी. हिच्या आईवडिलांचे हिच्यावर निरातिशय प्रेम असते. हिचे वडील थोडेसे जुन्या विचारसरणीचे असतात. त्यांना अमृताने छोटेसे कपडे घातलेले आवडत नाही, शिवाय अमृताने मुलांशी खूप बोललेले आवडत नाही. त्यांचे म्हणणे असे की कुठला मुलगा चांगला असणार आणि कुठला अमृताचा फायदा घेणार हे ठरवणे अवघड आहे. पण हिच्या आईचे असे मत नसते, ती म्हणते कि अमृता आता मोठी झाली आहे तिला समजत असणार कोण चांगला आणि कोण वाईट ते. शिवाय आजकालच्या पद्धतीचे कपडे घातलेले देखील तिच्या आईला आवडत असते. त्यामुळे तिच्याकडून अमृताला सगळी मोकळीक असते.
पण तरुण वयच वेडे असते. त्या वयात चांगले कोण, वाईट कोण हे समजणे जरा अवघड असते आणि त्यातून प्रेमात पडलं तर विचारायलाच नको. एखादा मुलगा जरा जास्त चांगला वाटू लागला तर विचारायलाच नको. तर अशी हि अमृता, बबन बरोबर खूप मैत्री करते. बबन तिला आवडू लागतो, त्यामुळे ती त्याच्याशी मोकळे पणाने वागू लागते. त्याला कधीही भेटायला ती तयार असते, त्याच्या बरोबर गाडीवर बसून फिरायला जाते. कधी कधी उशीर झाला तर बबनने तिला घरी आणून सोडलेले देखील तिला चालते. एकदा तिचे बाबा, तिला बबन बरोबर बघतात. बबनला बघून त्यांना तो मुलगा काही फारसा पटत नाही. पण अमृताची आई म्हणते, कि तिला तिचे बरे वाईट कळते, तुम्ही काळजी करू नका.
बबन हा तिच्या कॉलेज मध्ये असणारा एक उनाड मुलगा असतो. त्याचे मित्र देखील तसेच उनाड असतात, त्याउलट अमृता एक खूप अभ्यासू आणि हुशार मुलगी असते. बबन बरोबर मैत्री झाल्यानंतर अमृताचे देखील अभ्यासाकडे थोडे दुर्लक्ष होते.
बबनची मैत्री / प्रेम खूप दुराग्रही असते. त्याने काही म्हटले आणि अमृताने केले नाही कि त्याला खूप राग येतो. खरं तर या दोघांचे स्वभाव अतिशय भिन्न असतात. पण अमृताला बबन खूप आवडत असतो, त्यामुळे ती या सगळ्याकडे दुर्लक्ष करते. तरुण वयातील मुलांची विचार करण्याची पद्धतच वेगळी असते. या तरुणांना काय सांगणार. त्यांना एकमेकांचे दोष दिसतच नाहीत. या दोघांची इतकी मैत्री होते, कि त्यांच्यामधील अंतर गळून पडते आणि व्हायला नको ते होते. ते झाल्यावर अमृताचे डोळे खाडकन उघडतात. कारण घरातील संस्कार आणि बबनचे बेभान वागणे यामुळे अमृताला झालेल्या गोष्टीचा खूप पश्चाताप होतो
तिचे अंतर्मन तिला सगळ्या गोष्टीचा विचार करायला भाग पडते त्यात तिच्या असे लक्षात येते कि बबन हा तिच्यासाठी योग्य नाहीये. जे झाले ते झाले, आता या पासून दूर व्हायचे व बबनला भेटायचे नाही. त्याप्रमाणे ती त्याला टाळू लागते.
बबन हा मोठ्या राजकारण्याचा मुलगा असतो. बबन निवडणुकीला उभे राहण्याचे ठरवतो. त्याचे बऱ्याच राजकारणी लोकांशी संबध असतात. याचे बऱ्याच दादा मंडळींशी ओळख असते. निवडणुकीमध्ये प्रकाश घोरपडे म्हणून बबनच्या विरोधात उभा असतो. प्रचार करण्याच्या भानगडीत दोन्ही कडील मुलं एकमेकांशी खूप भांडतात. बबनला राग आला कि बबन बेभान होत असतो, या मारामारीत बबन एकाला खूप बेदम मारतो, त्यामुळे पोलीस येतात. या सगळ्या प्रकारात बबनला कॉलेजमधून काढून टाकतात. हे सगळे बघून अमृता बबनला समजावून सांगण्याचा प्रयत्न करते, तर बबन अमृतालाच ओरडतो व तिच्याशी असभ्यपणे वागतो. एकूण बबन मानसिक रित्या नॉर्मल नसतो हे अमृताला कळून चुकते. अमृताची मैत्रीण पिंकी, प्रकाश घोरपडेच्या प्रेमात पडते. पिंकी रात्र रात्र प्रकाशच्या घरी जाऊन राहू लागते. हे सगळे खंर तर अमृताला पटत नाही. स्वत:च्या अनुभवावरून, अमृता तिला प्रकाश पासून दूर जाण्याचा प्रयत्न करते. पण अमृता या प्रयत्नात सफल होत नाही. पिंकीला प्रकाश फसवतो, आणि पिंकी या भरात आत्म्यहत्या करते.
अमृता पिंकीच्या आत्म्याहत्येच्या प्रकरणी प्रकाशच्या विरुद्ध साक्ष द्यायला उभी राहते. या केस मध्ये अमृता काय करू शकते ? बबन व तिच्या संबंधाचे पुढे काय होते हे बघा "मी अमृता बोलतेय" या सिनेमामध्ये.
सिनेमाचा उद्देश चांगला आहे. विचार न करता प्रेम करू नका, आई वडिलांचे ऐका. ते तुमच्यावर अतिशय प्रेम करतात. कुठल्याही लोकांवर खूप विश्वास टाकू नका असे बरेच बोध या सिनेमातून घेता येतील. पण सिनेमा काही जमलाय असे वाटत नाही. हे सगळे सांगायला अमृताचे भूत अवतरण्याची काहीच गरज नव्हती. आधी खूप चांगला असणारा बबन एकदम इतका कसा बेभान होतो, हे समजत नाही. म्हणजे सुरवातीपासून त्याची तशी प्रतिमा दाखवली असती तर बरे झाले असते. हे अचानक झालेले रुपांतर काही पटले नाही. सगळ्या कलाकारांनी चांगले काम केले आहे. पण कथानकात अजिबातच दम नाही, दिग्दर्शकाला देखील खूप वाव आहे असे वाटले नाही
हा सिनेमा बघावाच असा अजिबात नाही. पण बघितला तर टाईमपास होईल . तुम्ही हा सिनेमा बघितला असल्यात तुमची प्रतिक्रिया जरूर लिहा.
This is a story of a girl "Amruta Devkule". She is the only daughter of her parents, and both her parents love her very much. Her father is Orthodox and does not like Amruta to wear short and reveling dresses, He also does not like hes mingling too much with boys. He is always worried about the bad boys taking undue advantage of Amruta's simple and pious nature. Her mother thinks little differently. She feels Amruta has grown up now can can decide what is good for her and what is bad. She also feels that Amruta can wear modern style dresses like all other girls. So she is kind of supporting Amruta to certain level.
As she is entering her youth, she is entering the phase where at times gets emotional. As they say love is blind, she is not able to think clearly. During this phase she actually fells in love with boy called Baban. She has totally fallen for him. She has developed thick friendship with him and is very free with him. She is ready and eager to meet him at any time of the day, likes going out with him on his bike. Several times, on getting late, Baban will drop her at her home on bike. Once her dad sees her with Baban. He did not like Baban by his looks. He tries to suggest this to Amruta, but her mother pacifies him saying Amruta is maturing with her age, and knows what's good for her, and he need not be upset about it.
Baban is a carefree boy with no attention to his studies. He is also in same kind of company where the whole gang spends more time outside the classes. And at times involved in bullying and road fights. On the other hand Amruta is very sincere and studious student. She is very good in her studies, but after this friendship and love, she is also getting bit ignorant in her studies.
Baban is bossy and over possessive about the relation with Amruta. If Amruta does not meet his demands, he gets upset. Actually the nature of both of them is exactly opposite. But as Amruta is mad in love and blind towards him, she always ignores these kind of differences. With her youth her thinking pattern is rapidly changing, and she is not able to see the dark side of Baban at all. On one such occasion, while in deep love, they cross the boundaries of decency and now Amrutha is shocked at what she has done. Now she is upset with herself, she can not accept this herself due to the teachings at home and uncontrolled behavior of Baban.
Now she is really in mental turmoil. She is trying think hard, and find a way out of this. Now she is able to clearly think that Baban is not the right person for her. Now she decides, that she should leave her past behind and quit relationship with Baban.
Baban is son of a politician. He decides rung for the college election. He is in contact with local politicians and rowdies. His opponent is Prakash Ghorpade. At the time of canvasing for the elections the two groups of Baban and Prakash come in front of each other and clash. This leads to few injuries. In this process Baban looses his temper and hit a boy from opposing party really badly. Cops come into the picture due to this and Baba is arrested. This leads to removal of Baban form his college. Upset Baban meets Amruta, and she tried hard to explain Baban his mistakes, but Baban again looses his temper and shouts and abuses Amruta. At this point Amruta realizes that Baban is not mentally sound person.
During this period, a good friend of Amruta gets friendly with Prakash Ghorpade. And very quickly gets into relationship. She starts staying at his room for nights. Amruta is realizes that Pinky is falling in similar trap, she tries hard to convince her good friend to keep away from this. But Pinky takes it the other way and continues the relationship. But very soon Prakash ends the relationship and devastated Pinky commits suicide.
Amruta decides to stand in court and be a witness in Pinky suicide case. But can she really make a difference in the case ? What happens between her and Baban ? What is the morral of this movie ?
There is a good thought behind the movie. Basically it tries to impose that in youth, one should not get into love and relationship just blindly. Need to be little thoughtful. The movie os okay bit nor very good. Some incidences are mismatch in the movie, like behavior of Baban. The actors are all good and have acted well. The storyline and script seems to be bit week.
Finally I would like to say the movie is not too good to watch but could be a good pass time. Do write your comments on the movie if you have seen it or on my review.
