प्रेम चोप्रा याला गाडी मध्ये काहीतरी फेरबदल करून गाडी कशी जोरात पळवता येईल असे प्रयोग करायला फार आवडत असते. याचे जान्हवीशी लग्न झालेले असते. प्रेम चोप्राच्या आजोबांचे जिम असते, जे आता त्याला मिळालेले असते. पण त्या जिम मध्ये सगळ्या मशीन्स जुन्या झालेल्या असतात त्यामुळे काही ना काही तरी तक्रारी येत असतात. प्रेम काही उद्योग न करता, नुसता गाड्यांच्या मागे असतो, त्यामुळे घर चालवायला बिचारी जान्हवी जिम सांभाळते. या दोघांचा एक मित्र असतो वीर कपूर. याचे विद्या नावाच्या मुलीवर प्रेम असते. पण याला काही नोकरी धंदा नसल्याने ह्या दोघांनी लग्न केलेले नसते. वीरचा भाऊ धरम कपूर हा एक खूप धनाढ्य माणूस असतो. (तो कश्यामुळे धनाढ्य होतो, किंवा त्याचा नक्की काय धंदा असतो ते शेवटपर्यंत कळत नाही). हा धरम कपूर वीरला दर महिन्याला पॉकेट मनी देत असतो.
तर तो पॉकेट-मनी डबल व्हावा म्हणून प्रेम, वीरला सांगतो कि धरम भाईला सांग तुझे लग्न विद्या नावाच्या मुलीशी झाले आहे. धरमवीरचा पॉकेट-मनी डबल करतो. आता वीरला १ लाख रुपये पॉकेट-मनी म्हणून मिळू लागतात. वीर त्याच्या पैश्यातील थोडे पैसे प्रेमला त्याच्या गाडीसाठी देत असतो. आता प्रेमची गाडी खूप छान तयार झालेली असते. आता या गाडीला कोणीतरी गिऱ्हाईक मिळायला पाहिजे असे त्यांना वाटू लागते एकदा असा गिऱ्हाईक मिळाला आणि गाडी विकली कि पण खूप पैसे होतील अशी गणिते हे दोघे करतात. पण आता हि गाडी चांगली आहे ते कसे पटवायचे या विवंचनेत प्रेम असतो. त्यात त्याला एक आयडिया सुचते.
गावात एक टोबू नावाचा श्रीमंत गुंड असतो. जो सगळ्या लोकांना उधारीवर पैसे पुरवत असतो. त्याला बोलता येत नसते त्यामुळे तो काचेच्या ग्लासवर चमचा फिरवून आवाज काढतो आणि त्याचे चमचे तो काय म्हणतो आहे हे समजावून सांगतात. तर या टोबूकडून प्रेमने आधीच पैसे घेतलेले असतात. त्यामुळे तो वीरला म्हणतो कि आता तुझ्या नावावर आपण तोबू कडून पैसे घेऊ. आणि पैसे घेऊन कार रेस मध्ये जाऊ. तिथे आपली कार जिंकेल आणि मग खूप पैसे मिळतील. वीरला ही कल्पना पटते, त्यानुसार तो टोबू कडून ५ लाख रुपये घेतो. ठरल्यानुसार हि दोघे रेस मध्ये भाग घेतात. पण दैववशात यांची गाडी जिंकत नाही. सुरवातीला गाडी खूप जोरात पळते सगळ्यांना वाटते कि आता हीच गाडी जिंकणार. त्यामुळे टोबू त्या गाडीवर ५ लाख रुपये लावतो. जेव्हा यांची गाडी जिंकत नाही, तेव्हा टोबू वीरला म्हणतो कि आता मला १० लाख रुपये परत पाहिजे. वीर इतके पैसे कसे काय आणायचे या चिंतेत असतो. पुन्हा प्रेमला कल्पना सुचते कि, तसेही वीरचे घर खूप मोठे आहे. ते घर भाड्याने दे, ज्याचे डीपॉझीट तुला १० लाख देईल आणि शिवाय तुला दर महिन्याला भाडेही मिळेल. वीरला हि कल्पना आवडते त्यानुसार ते दोघे घर एका RGV उर्फ रघुला भाड्याने देतात. हा रघु खरा तर खूप गरीब मनुष्य असतो, पण त्याला खूप मोठी लॉटरी लागते त्यामुळे तो मोठे घर घेण्याचा विचार करतो आणि वीरचे घर घेतो. या सगळ्या गोष्टी वीर त्याच्या भावाला सांगत नाही. यावरून वीर आणि विद्याचे भांडण होते व विद्या रागाच्या भरात तिचा फोन घरीच विसरून बाहेर निघून जाते. त्यातूनच अजून एक गोंधळ म्हणजे, वीरला त्याचा भावाचा फोन येतो. की तो गोव्याच्या विमानतळावर आलेला आहे आणि ४ तास विमान लेट आहे त्यामुळे तुम्ही दोघे, म्हणजे विद्या व वीरने भेटायला यावे.
आता विद्या तर घर सोडून गेलेली असते तिला कसे बोलावणार हा मोठा प्रश्न असतो. शेवटी वीर विद्याला न घेता, प्रेमला घेऊन विमानतळावर जातो. यांना वाटते कि थोड्यावेळात धरमचे विमान येईल आणि तो जाईल म्हणजे विद्याला भेटवण्याची गरज नाही. पण दुर्दैवाने धरमचे विमान अनिश्चित काळासाठी लेट होते व धरम घरी येतो. मग सुरु होतो गोंधळ. कारण आता विद्या म्हणून कोणाला तरी उभे करणे गरजेचे असते. ती विद्या नक्की कोण होते, या सगळ्या गोंधळात खऱ्या गोष्टीचा पत्ता धरमला लागतो हे बघा "ऑल द बेस्ट" मध्ये.
सिनेमा विनोदी आहे. काही काही विनोद चांगले आहेत. सिनेमात तसे बघितले तर काहीच तथ्य नाही. डोके बाजूला ठेवून जर सिनेमा बघितला तर त्यातल्या विनोदाचा आस्वाद घेऊ शकाल. सिनेमातील अनिमेशन अगदीच तद्दन आहे. सुरवातीला कार रेस जी दाखवतात ती खूपच विचित्र दाखवली आहे. कार रेस मध्ये लोक हेल्मेट न घालता बसतात हा तर खूपच मोठा विनोद वाटला. नंतर कार उलट्या पालट्या होतात तेव्हाचे अनिमेशन तर अगदीच प्रपोरशनला न धरून केले आहे असे वाटते. सिनेमातील एकूण कपडे, रंग संगती खूपच भडक वाटली. सिनेमा बघावा असा अजिबात नाही. पण बघितला तरी कुटुंबाबरोबर बसून बघण्यालायक आहे, निदान सिनेमा बघताना कॉमेंट करून तरी आनंद लुटता येईल. .
Prem Chopra is a automobile buff. He always keeps playing around with his car engine and improves its performance. He is married to Janavi. His grandfather owned a gym, and not he has inherited it. Since it is very old one, most of the machines have some problem or the other. Prem is always into his cars, so Janavi has to take care of the Gym and the home too. They have a very close friend called Veek Kapur. He is in ralationship with Vidya, but since Veer does not have a job, they are not married yet. Veer's elder brother is Dharam Kapoor. He is very rich man. He is in some big business. And he is giving pocket money to Veer every month.
But since they are in Goa and have a lavish lifestyle, Veer needs more money. In consultation with Prem, he makes a p;lan. He tells his Brother Dharam, that is now married to Vidya and Dharam should increase his pocket money. Dharam is very happy and doubles it. Now this extra money he invests in Prems car, and now his car is improved a lot. Now they plan to sell this car for a good bargain and make some money, but how to convince the prospective buyer that this car is really a good one. They start thinking about that and in a while they get a brilliant idea.
They plan to race in a illegal car race, where one wins huge amount on winning. But that race entry fees is high too, and they need to borrow that money. There is a underworld money lender called Tobu. He is not able to speak, so he makes some sounds using a glass and a spoon. One of his men works as interpreter to explain what that means. But Prem has already borrowed some money form him, so he tells Veer that they can borrow money on Veer's name. Invest that in the race and win lot of money. Retunr Tobu's money and have fun. Veel likes the idea and borrows money from Tobu. AS they enter the race, unfortunately they loose. Since the car was doing well in the begining, they were expected to win, but untimately they loose.
Tobu puts in his 5 lacks expecting them to win, so he is angry too. He catches hold of Veer and demands 10 lacks now. Now they are in bigger trouble. Now again he consults Prem. Now this time he has another idea. He suggests Veer to lease out his big house and demand for 10 lakhs as deposit amount. He can pay that to Tobu and save himself for the time being. Veer likes the idea.
They start looking for a tenant. They fins a prospect called Raghu. Raghu is a very poor man, but has won a big lottery and has become rich. He wants to rent a big house and enjoy. He likes Veer's house. And decides to rent it. Veer is doing all these things without informing his brother Dharam. Vidya is not happy with this and she has a argument on this with Veer. She is furious and she leaves his home a goes away. Unfortunately Dharam calls up at this moment. He tells Veer that he is on his way to Africa, but his flight has got delayed. SInce he has 3-4 hours, Veer should immiditely come to airport and see him. This will give Dharam opportunity to meet Vidya too.
Now Vidya has just left house and is not answering her cell phone, so Veer goes to airport alone telling Dharam that was not at home, and since he may not have much time, Veer came alone to see him. Unfortunate for Veer, Dharam's flight get cancelled for the day, so Dharam insist that he wants to go home with Veer to see Vidya. Now Vidya has to be at home, so Prem has to do something about it. There starts the big fracial comedy of All the Best.
This is a typical farcical comedy where we need to watch it without trying to reason most of the things. Just enjoy the fun. The movie animations and trick photography is not up to the mark. Things get ridiculous at times. In general the movie is bit gaudy and loud at many times. Not definaelt must watch type, but if you decide to enjoy it anyway, it will be good time pass with family.
